Suggested Use:
Fill the dropper with the desired serving size and squeeze under the tongue to let the oil absorb. Best to wait 30 seconds to 1 minute before swallowing the liquid. Administering the CBD oil serving under your tongue will allow the body to process the CBD more quickly and reach your bloodstream sooner.
