Is Delta 9 THC legal?

Also, Wisconsin Statute 94.55 states, you can legally purchase products containing hemp-derived Delta-9 THC as long as the concentration is at or below 0.3% on a dry weight basis. For example, a 3,500 mg gummy can have 0.3% THC, or 10.5 mg.
